Do the same with the other leg. After this, lift each leg like a step, but do this exercise comfortably. By doing this the knees will be fine and the legs will be strong. Also, there will be relief in back pain.

After that move your hands and move. Try to make a circle in the air with your hands. Do this 6-8 times. After this, spread your hands like wings. Keep both hands straight. Keep the waist straight. Now move one hand upwards and the other one downwards. Do not swing your waist during this.
