Before the Chennai-Bengaluru match, there was a sand storm, the mentor Dhoni taught cricket lessons to captain Virat

The toss of the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings in IPL-2021 on Friday was not done on time due to a sand storm. RCB captain Virat Kohli took full advantage of this delay. He had a long talk with Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the captain of CSK and the mentor of Team India for the T20 World Cup.

Dhoni was seen explaining to Virat
The sand storm did not make any difference to Virat and Dhoni. Match referee Javagal Srinath told both the captains that the toss would be delayed. After this Dhoni was seen explaining something to Virat for a long time.

Kohli flourished under Dhoni’s captaincy
The good relationship between Virat and Dhoni has been in the headlines in the past as well. Under Dhoni’s captaincy, Virat Kohli played 210 international matches and scored 9280 runs at an average of 49.10. Virat’s 25 international centuries were made under Dhoni’s captaincy. The credit for preparing Virat as a captain also goes to Dhoni.

Dhoni will give tips in World Cup too
Dhoni has been made the mentor of the Indian team for the T20 World Cup starting next month in UAE and Oman. Virat will be the captain of the team. Under the leadership of Virat, the Indian team has not won a single ICC title so far. In view of this, BCCI decided to add Dhoni to the team.

Dhoni has won two World Cups and three IPLs
Dhoni has led India to 2 World Cups (1 ODI and 1 T20) and 1 Champions Trophy title under his captaincy. He has also won IPL thrice. Virat has not been able to win even an IPL title under his captaincy so far.
