Flood threat in China: Flood wreaks havoc in China, crops destroyed in 43,000 hectares

New Delhi: Heavy rains and floods have made life difficult for people in China’s flood hazard in China province. (43,000 hectares of crops destroyed) In 55 provinces of Jiangxi, rains and floods have affected 5 million people and damaged 43,300 hectares of crops. The Meteorological Department has claimed that it will rain again in the state, although this has brought relief to the people.

According to media reports, so far there has been a direct loss of 70 lakhs due to the floods. At the same time, the monsoon is moving towards the Yangtze river basin, increasing the risk of rising water levels. The Hydrology Center has issued a red alert regarding the water level.
