Investors should invest with confidence, they will get favorable environment: General VK Singh
Ghaziabad, 25 January (Hindustan). Union Minister of State General VK Singh attended the Investors Summit held on Wednesday. In the program, he called upon the investors to invest here without worrying that the government would give them a favorable environment.
He welcomed the investors in the “Ghaziabad Investors Conference” organized at a hotel in the district. Discussing the growing dimensions and growing possibilities in the district through this programme, VK Singh explained in detail about the resources of the district.
He urged to set up and operate industries keeping the environment in mind. Said that due to increasing investment and increasing employment and business, the people of the district and surrounding areas will get better opportunities and income will increase. Investors from every sector were already taking interest for investment in the investor conference.
According to the information received, against the target of about 80 lakh crores, so far the entrepreneurs have agreed for an investment of Rs 89,310 crores and MoUs are being signed.
District Magistrate RK Singh told on this occasion that before the investor in Uttar Pradesh in the month of February, there is a possibility of investment of one lakh crore in the district. The district administration and other related departments have been assured about all the facilities from the master plan. This is the reason that investors from every field have also taken interest in it. Investors have come forward in education, medicine, industrial technology. Rapid rail is also one of the main reasons for this. Rapid Rail will be operational in 2023, whose positive effect is visible to the investor. Along with this, electric buses are being added to the metropolitan transport to fix the transport system of the city.
This investment is likely to provide employment to five lakh people. The Nivesh Mitra portal is being simplified so that investors do not face any problem. Along with this, a time limit has also been fixed for solving the problems of the investors so that a favorable environment is provided for the investors. Investors are getting ready to invest in sectors like Infosys, Carbon Exchange, Power Finance, Power Grid, Solar Energy.
In this investor program, cabinet minister of UP government Rakesh Sachan, minister of state for independent charge Nand Kumar Kashyap, district mayor Asha Sharma, district panchayat president Mamta Tyagi, former minister Atul Garg and many investors were present.
