New Delhi: The monsoon session of the Parliament of the country is going on. Inflation was discussed today. Meanwhile, TMC’s woman MP Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar ate raw brinjal while standing in the Lok Sabha. Actually, TMC MP tried this alchemy in protest against inflation. At the same time, he said that LPG is so expensive that raw vegetables have to be eaten.
TMC MP Kakoli Ghosh, who opposed the increase in prices by eating brinjal, angered MP Kachu due to the increase in cylinder prices.
demanded reduction in the prices of LPG. He said that the prices of LPG cylinders have increased 4 times in the last few months. Earlier LPG was Rs 600, now it has become Rs 1000. He said angrily that what the government wants us to eat raw vegetables. The MP said that the prices of gas cylinders should be reduced.
He did not eat brinjal during the protest, but cut it with his teeth to show that he was eating it. He said that I am talking about eating this vegetable raw. In his speech in Parliament, he said that how can the poor and helpless buy such an expensive bottle in today’s time. Targeting the government, he said that those who want to make a habit of eating raw should be stopped.
While remembering Kakoli Ghosh also remembered the old times. According to him, once the price of cylinder increased, then a leader of this government came to the campus and protested against the increase in the price of cylinder, but today if anyone opposes then his voice is suppressed.
