In a study conducted to know the benefits of yoga, experts found that the habit of doing yoga can be beneficial for your physical and mental health. According to Roerin Chanavirut, a lead researcher at Khonken University in Thailand, research has shown that a few days of yoga can increase a patient’s chest flexibility (ability to pull) and work capacity.

Professor Roerin says that some types of yoga not only increase lung strength, but their regular practice can improve breathing capacity. Different types of yoga poses can affect breathing, including asthma. Complications of other diseases can be reduced.
