- 4 cucumbers
- 250 grams paneer (grated)
- 1 onion (thin long pieces)
- 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 capsicum (red, yellow and green) 7-8 basil leaves
- Black pepper powder as per taste
- salt to taste
Stuffed Cucumber Recipe
- First cut the cucumber into two pieces and cut the capsicum as well.
- Then take out the seeds of cucumber with a spoon so that it is empty from time to time.
- Now in a bowl add paneer, tomato, onion, capsicum, basil leaves, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
- Stuffing mixture is ready. Serve with cucumber filling.
