  • 4 cucumbers
  • 250 grams paneer (grated)
  • 1 onion (thin long pieces)
  • 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 capsicum (red, yellow and green) 7-8 basil leaves
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
  • salt to taste

Stuffed Cucumber Recipe

  • First cut the cucumber into two pieces and cut the capsicum as well.
  • Then take out the seeds of cucumber with a spoon so that it is empty from time to time.
  • Now in a bowl add paneer, tomato, onion, capsicum, basil leaves, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  • Stuffing mixture is ready. Serve with cucumber filling.
