some people did fraud
Along with planting saplings of every person, the government has implemented the scheme to upload photos with the tricolor. But some people are uploading photos by standing near the same plant and carrying the tricolor. On Friday, some people were seen committing such fraud in the premises of a department located at Dussehra ground of the district headquarters. Standing alternately near the same plant, they were uploading the same tricolor by taking photographs. In many places, only plants were photographed by hand. In some places, people have done the fraud of planting saplings by planting twigs of trees in pits instead of plants.
